We offer a wide range of services, including:

Blister Packing – with the capacity of producing 100,000 packs-per-week
High Speed Precision Labelling – using highly specialised equipment we ensure that where you want it, is where it ends up. Current machinery is used to label memory cards, with such a small surface area precision is crucial.
Assembly/Collating & Sorting - Are machinery setting up costs to high for that small run of product(s)? This is where our manual workforce can take over.
Barcode Label Printing Facility – yet another worry to take off your hands, we have the specialist equipment to be able to create and print your product barcodes.
Hand Precision Labelling – hand precision for that millimetre perfection.
High Frequency Welding (HFW) – with security and quality close to mind, a combination of the highest quality plastic welded in top performing machines produce some of the best POS packaging around. Not only do our machines weld it also trims the packaging taking that quality a little bit further.
Ultra-Sonic Welding (USW) – if you’re worried that your product may have a negative effect due to the use of the radio frequency waves (RF) used in HFW then not a problem we have USW machines that use minuet vibrations in order to weld two plastic components together.
Vac-forming – we produce this in-house, made from the finest Italian plastic. We run materials that include PVC, PET, GAG. All of which can then be used in conjunction with our HFW & USW machines as well as producing folding clam packs. (Clip Close/Interfering Fit)
Re-working/Correcting – had a returned batch, we can sort it.
Shrink Sleeving – for the packs that require two or more products at any-one time, Shrink Sleeving can use a printed band to secure two or more products together.
Shrink Wrapping – starting from the L-sealers that cut the film to the required size the product is then sent through our heat tunnel that causes the film to shrink around the product whilst maintaining no damage to the product(s).
Clip-strip Loading – is a growing segment of today’s packaging industry. We carry out the full process starting from supplying the clip-strips and necessary accessories through to loading them and packing the strips ready to be sent. We have current experience in the toys & gifts, food & confectionary and pharmaceutical products.
Over Wrapping – ever wondered how those trays in supermarkets sit there tightly holding onto the contents e.g. cans. Well Over Wrapping is how it is done, as with shrink wrapping, it also passes through a heat tunnel however the wrap is put on in such a way via the operator that it actually produces a handle like effect so that the receiver of the goods can easily lift the product(s)
Quality Control Checking – being one of our company services, Quality is a big deal to us and this shows throughout our work.
Hand Packing – what it says on the tin. Hand packing can be used for a vast amount of different jobs, from assembly work to actually packing the entire process of the job.
Skin Packing – ever wondered how a product gets the effect of just floating whilst attached to a card? Well this is called Skin Packing, along the same lines as Vac-Forming the plastic is pulled across the product to give it a ‘skin tight’ effect and as this layer can rarely been seen the effect of the product ‘floating’ is given.
Traceability Coding System – we run a fully functioning Traceability system. This ensures that if the product should have to be recalled for any reason a particular batch can be targeted and repossessed very quickly - However TPS is proud to say that we have never had a return batch since Day One.
